Indonesia as a state of law is obliged that the must always be enforced, respected and obeyed by anyone without any reason for exception. In response to this, positive legal policies in are required able respond phenomena crimes committed utilizing this technology. The problems study 1) What policy criminal sanctions against account break-ins through Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)? 2) judge's consideration deciding case burglary research method used normative method, with literature primary secondary materials. results can concluded that: (ATM) Criminal Code, ITE Law, Fund Transfer Act, Money Laundering Eradication Act. Account Burglary defendant TEGUH T KHASAN has been legally proven. Aggravating things defendant's actions disturb community cause harm others. mitigating factors were admitted he had never convicted, was polite court frankly his actions, felt guilty regretful.
